Rob Fitzel holds a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering and has navigated the telecom and video-streaming industries for over twenty-five years.

A departure from his usual technical documentation, Rob began writing fiction in 2020. This creative outlet allows him to unleash his overactive imagination and pursue his passion for crafting original narratives. His debut novel, Shooting Star, was published in 2024, marking his official foray into the literary world.

Rob is already brimming with more story ideas and is currently hard at work on a sequel to Just Another Day at the Office, promising more corporate misadventures.

When not examining the peculiarities of office life or penning new tales, Rob enjoys baking, drawing, and teaching others how to write. He lives with his family in Ottawa, Canada.
